Masted is a wholesale and logistics company in East London. We buy general merchandise in volume, keep it in stock and deliver it to retailers and trade buyers across London and the South East.

Household, cleaning, kitchen, hardware, gifts and seasonal lines bought direct and sold in case and pallet quantities. If it is not on our list, we can source it for regular customers.

Pallet storage, container unloading, pick and pack, and delivery by van or pallet network. Use it for stock you buy from us, or for goods you bring yourself.

Every order makes the same four stops between the quayside and your stockroom.

    Landed

    Stock arrives through Dover, Felixstowe, Tilbury and London Gateway, or direct from UK manufacturers.

    Received

    Containers and pallets are unloaded, counted against the paperwork and checked for damage.

    Stored

    Goods are racked, labelled and counted, so what we tell you is in stock is on the shelf.

    Orders are picked, wrapped and delivered by van or pallet network, signed for on arrival.

We are based in E12, a short run from the North Circular, the A12 and the A13. Central London deliveries are close, and the roads to Tilbury, London Gateway and Felixstowe are closer still when containers land.

Our own vans cover London inside the M25, with planned runs into the South East and partner pallet networks for the rest of mainland UK.

Do you sell to the public?

No. Masted sells to businesses only, and we ask for your trading details when we open an account.

What do I need to open a trade account?

Your business name and address, a contact name, and your company or VAT number if you have one. Sole traders are welcome; we may ask for a reference.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. It depends on what you buy and where it is delivered, and we agree it when we open your account. It is usually lower if you collect or join an existing delivery run.

Where do you deliver?

Our own vans cover London inside the M25, with planned runs into the surrounding South East counties. The rest of mainland UK is covered through partner pallet networks.
