About Masted
A London wholesale and logistics company that buys in volume, keeps stock close to the city and delivers it to the businesses that sell it.
Why we started
Independent shops and smaller trade buyers are often stuck between two bad options. Big wholesalers have the range but not the time for them. Manufacturers have the price but want orders measured in containers.
Masted was set up in June 2024 to fill that gap: buy at scale, store it in East London, and sell it on in the quantities real businesses need, with the transport to get it there.
The name is a nod to the masted ships that once crowded London's docks, a few miles from where we work. Goods still arrive by sea and still need someone to bring them the last mile. That is what we do.
For centuries London's trade came up this river under sail. The ships are bigger now, and the masts are cranes.
How we work
Straight prices
Trade prices quoted excluding VAT, with delivery shown separately. No charges you find out about on the invoice.
A person who answers
Every account has a named contact. Emails get a reply within one working day.
Stock we can see
If we say it is in stock, it is on our racking, counted, not on a supplier promise.
Small accounts matter
Most of our customers are independent businesses. We set minimums so they can actually order.
