Warehouse floor with cartons stacked on pallets ready for dispatch

Wholesale supply

We buy general merchandise in volume from manufacturers, importers and distributors, and sell it on to trade customers by the case and by the pallet.

Bought in bulk, sold in sensible quantities

Buying direct from a manufacturer usually means minimums most independent shops cannot meet. We sit in between. We take the large orders, hold the stock in East London, and break it down into cases and mixed pallets that fit the way you actually sell.

Our range is non-specialised on purpose. One account can cover the cleaning aisle, the seasonal end and the counter, so you are not ringing five suppliers to fill one van.

Sourced to order

For regular customers we go out and buy what you need, whether that is a branded line you are struggling to get, a private-label product or a one-off seasonal buy.

We check samples and paperwork before committing, and quote you a landed price so you know your margin before anything ships.

Trade account questions

Anything not covered here, see all FAQs or email enquires@masted.co.uk.

Do you sell to the public?

No. Masted sells to businesses only, and we will ask for your trading details when we open an account.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, and it depends on what you buy and where it is delivered. We agree it when we open your account, and it is usually lower if you collect or join an existing delivery run.

How do I pay?

First orders are paid in advance. Established accounts can apply for credit terms, which are subject to checks. All prices are quoted excluding VAT.

Can you find a product you do not list?

Often, yes. Send us the product, the quantity you expect to buy and how often, and we will come back with a price and lead time.

Can I mix products on one pallet?

Yes. Mixed pallets are normal for us. Some lines are sold in full cases only.
