Logistics

Storage, handling and delivery for stock you buy from us, or goods you bring yourself. One team looks after your stock from the moment it lands to the moment it is signed for.

What we handle

Use one service or all of them. Most customers start with storage and delivery and add the rest as they grow.

Pallet storage

Short or long term racked storage, charged per pallet per week. Stock is booked in, labelled and counted, and you can see what we hold for you at any time.

Container receipt

We take 20ft and 40ft containers from the port, unload them by hand or by pallet, check against the packing list and report any damage or shortfall the same day.

Pick, pack and dispatch

Orders picked to your instructions, from single parcels for online sales to full trade orders, packed and labelled for the carrier you choose.

Delivery and distribution

Van and pallet delivery across London and the South East, with UK-wide coverage through partner pallet networks. Signed proof of delivery on every drop.

When your container lands

  1. Booked. Send us the bill of lading and packing list. We book the haulage and the unloading slot.
  2. Collected. The container comes from the port to us once it is released by customs.
  3. Unloaded. We devan, palletise and wrap, and count every carton against the packing list.
  4. Reported. You get a receipt report, with photos of any damage, the same working day.

Roads we know well

From E12 we are minutes from the North Circular, the A12 and the A13. Central London drops are a short run in, and the M25 and M11 take us north, south and west without crossing the city.

Containers from Tilbury and London Gateway are close by, and Felixstowe is an easy run up the A12. Shorter journeys mean lower haulage costs and fewer missed slots.
