Why E12 works
Manor Park sits between the North Circular, the A12 and the A13. That means central London drops without crossing the whole city, and quick access to the M25 and M11 for everything beyond it.
It also keeps us close to the Thames ports, so containers spend less time on the road and more time on your shelves.
